What if you're looking at a record (or foundset of records) and you want to get that data into a spreadsheet - or copy it into an email?
You could just export the current record or foundset of records as in .csv or .xls format and open it up in your spreadsheet program - but that can sometimes be a pain if you have a lot of fields, etc.
Here's a quick solution: just click out of the fiels (so the cursor is not blinking in any field) - and choose "Copy" from the "Edit" menu (or Ctrl + C on Windows or Cmd + C on Mac OS). You can then switch over to your spreadsheet (or email) and Paste it right in!
If you want to copy the entire foundset - just hold down the Shift key (on Mac OS hold down the option key) - and you're all set!
